Being the best in our category is a big challenge and requires us to be at our best. This includes well-presented stores, great products and prices and most importantly people who are willing to do their best and to go the extra mile for their customer - be they internal or external.
To achieve this, it's important that everyone in the company understands what we are trying to achieve and how we intend to operate. It’s a bit like a sports team. You can have great players with lots of skills but if they don’t work together with an agreed and understood game plan they will never reach their full potential.
