Our “5 Pillars” - (Right Product, Right Price, Passionate People, Expert Service, Leading Services) define our business fundamentals and are the key to our success.
Our people or “Passionate Experts” are key to the success of our business. Passionate Experts live by our values (SPIRIT) and in doing so provide exceptional levels of service to our customers, both internal and external.
I know you will have lots of questions and this Individual Employment Agreement will be able to answer some of them, and provide you with an understanding of how we work together.
If you have any further questions, please talk to your manger as we want you to be as informed as can be with this important information. If there is anything you are unsure of, please ask your manager.
Again, welcome to the team and your career with Noel Leeming.
