Lotus Notes - Personnel Requisitions - Contact Centre

Overview

To open a role vacancy, submit a Personnel Requisition form on Lotus Notes. Once this has been filled in and submitted, it will go to your direct manager to approve, and then to their manager for final approval. Once this is fully approved, People Support will advertise the role if required and then submit it. Once this has been processed, it will be available to use for you to link a New Starter or Transfer to.

Contact Centre

On Lotus Notes, select the 'CC Personnel Requisition' and fill in all of the fields. For support on this, see the below graphics with a breakdown of each section. Once this has been completed, click the 'Submit for Approval' button in the top left-hand corner of the page.
