Lotus Notes - Agency Temp Requisition - Contact Centre

Applies to: Noel Leeming Contact Centre Managers

Overview

To open an agency temp role vacancy, submit an Agency Temp Requisition form on Lotus Notes. Once this has been filled in and submitted, it will go to your direct manager to approve, and then to their manager for final approval. Once this is fully approved, Recruitment will contact a suitable agency to request candidates.

Contact Centre

On Lotus Notes, select the 'CC Agency Temp' form and fill in all of the fields. For support on this, see the below graphics with a breakdown of each section. Once this has been completed, click the 'Submit for Approval' button in the top left-hand corner of the page.
