Your OKTA login details are your network login. If you are based
at
SSO, these are the details you use to access your computer. If you don't know your network login, you can find it in MyPay, please see the detailed instructions below.
Please follow these steps to find your network login and set a temporary password:
- Log into MyPay (https://mypay.thewarehouse.co.nz/nz)
- Select “My Details” from the menu.

4. Here you’ll see your TWG network login, and your temporary password Ø Proceed to the steps below to reset your password
Set your password and/or security questions for your TWG network account:
1. Open your internet browser, and go to the following link:
https://myinfohelp.thewarehouse.co.nz/ActivateEx/logon.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fActivateEx%2fRegistration%2fRegistrationTerms.aspxx%2 fRegistration%2fRegistrationTerms.aspx
a. If you are accessing this from a TWG computer, you may get the below dialog box – you can choose either option and click ok
2. You’ll see a
myInfoHelp
screen, where you can enter your TWG network username, and your password
Ø If you know/use your network password, enter it, else enter the temporary password found in MyPay
3. Enter the security code shown on the screen and click “Next”
4. You will then be asked to read the Network User Policy:
5. Once you have done this click the “I acknowledge that I have read and
accept
the above terms and conditions” tick box, and click “Next”
6. You will then be asked to choose 5 security questions, and enter your own answers to them
Ø This is to make it easier to identify you in the future, when resetting passwords and for other security tasks
7. If you’ve used a temporary password, you’ll be asked to change your password
8. Enter your new password and click “Next”
will confirm that your password has been changed
