Returning Company Property
Upon leaving the employment of the Company, all company property must be returned.
Company property includes, but is not limited to:
Staff discount card
Uniform
Vehicle keys
Building keys / Security cards
Company records, documents or letters
Credit Cards
Manuals
Computer Discs
Motor Vehicles
Cell Phones
Any information within the employee's possession or control, which relates to the Company's business
Damage to Property
The Company reserves the right to deduct payment from the final pay for excess damage to company property, with due allowance for fair wear and tear.
Outstanding Debts
All outstanding debts to the Company, where the debt has arisen by accessing employee privileges available within the Company, must also be disclosed and paid for in full upon termination either in cash, cheque or by deduction from the employee’s final pay.
