Lotus Notes - Termination - SSO

Overview

To terminate a team member, submit a Termination form on Lotus Notes. This should be done as soon as you know that one of your team members is leaving the business. Once this has been filled in and submitted, it will go directly to People Support, and then to Payroll to finish processing. Once this has been processed, it will be available to use for you to link a Personnel Requisition to.

Support Office

On Lotus Notes, select the 'SO Termination Form' and fill in all of the fields. For support on this, see the below graphics with a breakdown of each section. Once this has been completed, click the 'Submit to HR' button in the top left-hand corner of the page. Depending on whether they have resigned or been terminated, different options will appear; both sets of instructions are below.
