Lotus Notes - Pay Increase - Tech Solutions

Overview

To process a pay increase for a current team member, submit a Pay Increase form on Lotus Notes. Once this has been filled in and submitted, it will go to your direct manager to approve, and then to their manager for final approval. Once this is fully approved, People Support will create the letter of confirmation and send it out via DocuSign. It will go to you first to review, then onto the candidate, and then onto the payroll team to update their details in the system.

Tech Solutions

On Lotus Notes, select the 'Pay Increase' and fill in all of the fields. Once this has been completed, click the 'Submit for Approval' button in the top left-hand corner of the page.
