Lotus Notes - Other Change - Store Managers



Applies to: all Noel Leeming Regional Managers
Please use this form for any changes not encompassed by the following: Agency Temps, Personnel Requisitions, New Starters, Promotions, Transfers, Position Changes, Change in Hours, Pay Increases, Terminations.
This may include a change in status, i.e. Fixed Term to Permanent, or an extension of a Fixed Term/Secondment.

Overview

To process anything else not covered in the other forms for a current team member, submit an Other Change form on Lotus Notes. Once this has been filled in and submitted, it will go to your direct manager to approve, and then to their manager for final approval. Once this is fully approved, People Support will create the letter of confirmation and send it out via DocuSign. It will go to you first to review, then onto the candidate, and then onto the payroll team to update their details in the system.

Store Managers

On Lotus Notes, select the 'Unspecified Store Manager Changes' and fill in all of the fields. Please ensure that you provide details in the notes on what this change is for specifically. Once this has been completed, click the 'Submit for Approval' button in the top left-hand corner of the page.
