Lotus Notes - New Starter - Distribution Centre

Overview

To process a New Starter to the business, submit a New Start form on Lotus Notes. Once this has been filled in and submitted, it will go to your direct manager to approve, and then to their manager for final approval. Once this is fully approved, People Support will create the contract and send it out via DocuSign. It will go to you first to review and sign, then onto the candidate to review and sign, and then onto the payroll team to load them into the system.

Distribution Centre

On Lotus Notes, select the 'New DC Starter'. It will ask you to select a 'pre-approved Personnel Requisition' from a drop-down list; select whichever role you are wanting to apply the new team member to and then fill in all of the fields. For support on this, see the below graphics with a breakdown of each section. Once this has been completed, click the 'Submit for Approval' button in the top left-hand corner of the page.
