Rate of Pay
Your salary or rate of pay will be as specified in your appointment letter.
Deductions
Deductions may be made by the Company from your pay for time not worked, other than authorised paid leave. Any such deductions made will be recorded on your payslip. On termination of employment, or at such other times as the Company may require, the Company may make reasonable deductions from your pay (including accrued holiday pay on termination of employment) for the value of any unreturned Company property, with due allowance for fair wear and tear, or any other debt you owe the Company.
